Health in Motion is dedicated to providing a comprehensive, holistic approach to healing the mind, body and spirit. Health in Motion stresses proactive, preventive care and maintenance to reach and maintain optimal holistic wellness. To achieve this mission, natural healing and wellness are offered through the Medical Model and the Wellness Design.

The Medical Model integrates Eastern and Western medical knowledge and treatment methods to assist the individual in detoxification, healing and rehabilitation.

The Wellness Design includes Eastern practices (yoga & tai chi) and holistic workshops that will assist in enhancing mindfulness, rejuvenation and relaxation.

Health in Motion is founded by Kim Fong, a licensed/certified acupuncturist and physical therapist with over 15 years experience as a healthcare professional.
